50 ml de Cognac VSOP De Charville Frères
20 ml de Vermouth rouge / 20 ml of red Vermouth
2 traits de bitters / 2 dashes of bitter
1 zest d’orange / 1 orange zest
1° - Mélanger les ingredients, avec de la glace durant 20 secondes dans un verre à mélange
/ Stir all the ingredients for 20 seconds in a mixing glass with ice
2° - Placer votre mélange dans un verre, préalablement refroidi / Strain into a chilled cocktail
