![Nous avons eu l'honneur et le plaisir de faire déguster nos cognacs à Andreas LARSSON @legrandsommelier, Meilleur Sommelier du Monde (2007 ASI).
"Il s'agit d'un cognac exceptionnel de classe mondiale qui possède complexité, nuance, expression du terroir, concentration et longueur."
Couleur : ambre moyennement profond avec un léger bord vert indiquant l'âge.
Nez : Intense et stratifié, mélange de bois fin, de poivre, de clou de girofle, de gingembre confit, de tabac, de massepain, d'amande, de noix de muscade, de fruits secs et de miel.
Bouche : beaucoup de chaleur et d'intensité avec une sensation alcoolique équilibrée, des saveurs épicées de fruits secs avec des notes de noix et de nougat, un bon niveau de complexité et un bois intégré avec une longueur substantielle et persistante.

Medium deep amber colour with a light green rim indicating age. Intense and layered nose blending fine wood, pepper,clove, candied ginger, tobacco, marsipan, almond, nutmeg, dried fruit and honey. The palate has plenty of warmth and flavour intensity with a balanced alcoholic sensation, spicy dried fruit flavours with nutty and nougat notes, fine level of complexity and integrated wood with a substantial and lingering finish.
